Carbon-free is an additional service that enables you to update the origin of energy in your electricity contract to energy produced from nuclear power. With the Carbon-free additional service, your electricity is produced with 100% nuclear power with guarantees of origin. The price of the additional service consists of the monthly basic fee, the energy price of the guarantees of origin and the margin.

The contract is valid until further notice and it can be terminated with 14 days’ notice. The additional service can be purchased for any Helen electricity contract in which the origin of the electricity is mixed electricity.

Renewable is an additional service that enables you to update the origin of energy in your electricity contract to energy produced from renewable energy sources. With the Renewable additional service, your electricity is produced as a combination of 100% renewable hydro, wind and solar power with guarantees of origin. The price of the additional service consists of the monthly basic fee, the energy price of the guarantees of origin and the margin.

Changes to an ongoing contract can be made free of charge after at least 14 days. Through customer service, you can modify the contract up to three days in advance for a service fee of 5.90 euros. If your fixed-term contract is nearing its end, select the day after it expires as the start date for the new contract, or contact our customer service if needed.
