Temporary changes to billing and services
We have updated our backend systems during February. On this page, you will find more information on how the update will temporarily affect billing and our services.
Billing
- The next invoices will be sent from the beginning of March, which means that there may be a temporary change in the usual billing schedule.
- The electricity tax will be invoiced in connection with the electricity network service, in other words electricity distribution. The electricity tax consists of the excise tax and the strategic stockpile fee. Moving forward, these charges will be shown on separate rows in the itemised invoice. The change will not affect the amount of electricity tax collected. The excise tax for electricity and the strategic stockpile fee are collected for all electrical energy distributed to customers through the distribution network.
Oma Helen and Yritys Helen services
- Unfortunately, the status of the invoice will not be updated in Oma Helen.
- Changes to the billing schedule will not be possible in Oma Helen.
Minor changes to some electricity product names
- As a part of the back-end system upgrade, we have made minor changes to some electricity product names.
- These changes do not affect your electricity contract, such as validity time, prices, or contract terms.
- The name changes do not require any action from you.
