When you notify us of a change of address, the contract at the present address is terminated. Make sure the contract you are terminating is in your name. If you do not wish to terminate the electricity contract at this address, please make a new contract.

When are you moving?

The earliest start time for the contract and the possible connection fee will vary according to your local grid company. The contract can be started without fee anywhere in Finland no later than two business days after ordering.

By making the electricity contract, you authorize Helen to make the electricity transfer agreement in your name if necessary.
