Effects of a political strike on our operations
The political strike taking place between 14 and 16 February may affect our customer service. During the strike, the waiting times on our helpline may be longer than usual. Our customer service will resume normal activities after the strike.
The strike will also affect the electricity production of the power plants in Helsinki. The electricity production of the Salmisaari power plant will be restricted and the CHP plants will not be in production during the strike.
We will aim to secure the production and distribution of district heating to ensure that the heat supply of our customers will not be interrupted.
