Helsingin Energia is responsible for the distribution of district heat and the design and maintenance of the public lighting systems in the Helsinki region. Helen Sähköverkko Oy is in charge of electricity distribution in the Helsinki region.
You can report faults or ask about disturbances and faults in the Helsinki region by telephoning our free fault reporting numbers. You will find the presently occurring supply interruptions and information about past disturbances on our fault reporting pages.
If a disturbance occurs outside Helsinki, all faults must be reported to the fault reporting numbers of the local energy or network companies.
