Helen Sähköverkko Oy is responsible for electricity distribution in the Helsinki region.
You can report faults or ask about disturbances and faults in the Helsinki region by telephoning the service numbers mentioned below. If a disturbance occurs outside Helsinki, all faults must be reported to the fault reporting numbers of the local energy or network companies.

When the number is dialled, a recorded message is automatically played, providing information about the area of influence and estimated duration of the disturbance. The recorded message can receive 210 phone calls at a time.
