Heat consumption data
Please send by post or electronically consumption readings recorded by your district heat consumption meter. Readings from buildings that are connected to the remote district heat reading system need not be reported. Letters regarding this matter have been sent to buildings connected to the remote reading system. Billing for district heating is based on the readings taken at the end of the month. The customer and meter numbers required for the service are shown on your district heating bill.
Should there be a substantial change in your heat consumption in comparison to normal consumption or your consumption meter cannot be read, please indicate it under “Messages” on your form.

Report your consumption data and view your building’s usage data
Consumption report and forecast
Building usage data are shown in monthly and annual reports and can be viewed when reporting consumption data. The data are updated every month. Data based on actual consumption can be seen at the end of each even month after the balancing bill has been issued. For example, the actual consumption data for January to February can be seen at the end of April.
If you are an electricity sales customer of Helsingin Energia, you can also use the Sävel Plus -report to monitor your consumption. Future heating costs can be seen from consumption forecasts. Data for the following year are updated early in the autumn.
